CERTIFICATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The primary purpose of this committee is to review applications and other information to recommend the certification of candidates for first time registration as CPAs in Arizona. It also verifies candidates' suitability and capability to take the biennial CPA examination. The committee examines education, exam scores and experience to assure that they meet Arizona's requirements. It looks at records and certifications to determine qualification of persons applying from other states.
