TAX PRACTICE COMMITTEE

Composed of CPAs experienced in many aspects of tax practice, this committee reviews issues between clients (individuals or companies) and CPAs in tax matters. The Tax Practice Committee provides for oversight and direction in looking at tax complaints by its CPA investigators. The Tax Committee reviews between 25 and 50 cases each year, and makes specific disciplinary recommendations to the Board.
